If you were expecting a restaurant, market or cafe and landed on a listing in this group, it usually means the original source listed the business under an unusual or mixed category rather than a plain food label. Contact information, address and hours are still pulled from the same public data used across Monroe and Ohio, so they should be accurate even where the category is not a perfect fit. Because this group spans everything from medical clinics to auto shops to gift stores, there is no single etiquette or norm that applies across it; treat each listing on its own terms and call ahead if the category alone does not tell you what you need to know.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 10 am–8 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (513) 539-0710. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, premiumoutlets.com.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.4 out of 5 from 10,684 reviews, which is a strong result for an other food place in Monroe and suggests consistent service.

Title: Cincinnati Premium Outlets — Great Experience! I had a great experience at Cincinnati Premium Outlets! The entire outlet was very clean and well-maintained, including the restrooms, which were impressively clean. There was a great variety of stores, plenty of staff available to help, and more than enough parking. One thing that really stood out to me was the security. They were friendly and professional without being overly aggressive, and honestly, it seemed like they actually enjoyed their jobs. That makes a big difference when you’re shopping. The location is also extremely convenient. It’s easy to see from the highway and has very easy access, so getting there and getting back on the road is simple. And an added bonus is Miami Valley Gaming being right across the street. Between the restaurants inside the outlet and the additional restaurants nearby, you have plenty of options if you want to grab something to eat before or after shopping. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit and can’t wait to come back again! Cincinnati Premium Outlets definitely made a great impression on me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is one of the best outlets I've been to in awhile. We tend to go to the Tanger outlet in Michigan since we have family there, this one in Cincinnati is far more superior. They have a nice selection of stores. Most of the stores were clean and organized and the prices were pretty good value. Plus, my kids loved the Disney store; I didn't think these existed any longer, what a plesent suprise. Highly recommend!

We stopped at this outlet otw back from our spring break trip to the Ark Encounter & Creation Museum. I must say this outlet would recieve a 5 star if it offered a few more restaurants & offered food trucks in the food court. Im a fan of Disney, this is why I stopped here because you cant find many Disney stores anymore. Being a 90s baby, this is huge for me because I enjoyed going into the huge Disney store back home in Florida with the massive movie screen on the wall. This was a dream come true because I actually racked up on Disney gear my mother would never buy because of the price. I found some merch for $5. The whole outlet was quiet until afternoon, it has a park for children, walkway is wide enough for electric wheelchairs, the sales were AMAZING!!! Most stores sold items for 50-70% off. I walked out of @addidas with $3 shorts(originally $22) just for an example. I believe Calvin Klein had a 70% + 20% off full purchase on some items so yes this is what I call a sale!!! I will definitely visit here again on the way!!

A great outdoor place to spend a few hours, especially if you want to shop comfortably in any season. The outdoor layout is clean and well maintained, and there’s a nice play area for kids, which makes it more family-friendly than many outlet centers. One thing I really appreciated was how warm and comfortable it feels in the winter, with plenty of indoor spaces to take a break. The food court is descent and offers good options, so it’s easy to stop for a proper meal instead of just snacks. There’s a wide variety of stores with good prices, making it easy to find deals across different brands. Parking is plentiful and convenient, and overall the atmosphere feels relaxed and easy to navigate. A solid outlet destination with something for everyone.
